Welcome to Sara GuLbaz Clothes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original tags and packaging must be included.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

• Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive items (unless faulty)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (subject to stock availability). If your preferred size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
